TEAMS Fellows are required to implement at least one service learning activity with their students during the school year. TEAMS provides support to help Fellows utilize a Youth Empowerment Model of Service Learning and Service Learning Links to connect Fellows to other resources online.

In addition, Fellows are encouraged to participate in the Service Learning Mini Grant Program. The program provides Mini Grants to use towards the purchase of materials and other expenses related to their service learning project.

For each project completed, Fellows must submit a Service Learning Project/Curriculum Outline and Project Report to the TEAMS Office (click here to download forms and review deadlines).
