TEAMS Fellows are required to attend the annual Fall Institute and Pedagogical Seminars held each month in the school year.

Fall Institute is a mandatory pre-service orientation for all Fellows.

Pedagogical Seminars are monthly training workshops designed to help Fellows build teaching skills, address critical issues in multicultural education, and network with peers and experts in the field.
